New appointments

Good news to share with the appointment of two new Lieutenants, Joe Dunn and Chris Kolbe. Additionally, Lt Brian Plodizyn was appointed to the position of Captain. We would also like to thank Capt. Lou Frontino and Lt Craig Jordan for their dedication to the Officer corps for the past 20 years.
